CPH - Audiovisual Systems Upgrade

The City of Columbus, Columbus Public Health (CPH) is seeking proposals from qualified audiovisual systems integrators to furnish, deliver, install, program, commission, test, document and train staff on integrated audiovisual (AV), unified communications (UC) and broadcast production systems in seven (7) rooms at the CPH facility. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of Columbus Euna Procurement hub at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/projects. The reference # for this solicitation in Bonfire is RFQ033658. Vendors must be registered with the City of Columbus and Euna Procurement to submit proposals. DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS TO THIS RFQ WITHIN THIS PORTAL. IT IS ONLY USED TO NOTIFY VENDORS OF THE RFP IN EUNA. Bids submitted to this RFQ within the City of Columbus' Vendor Services Portal will NOT be reviewed or considered. No paper or email bids will be accepted.
