Construction Management/ Owners Representative

Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Owner’s Representative (OR) services in support of the planning, design, construction, and closeout of agency capital improvement projects. WRTA seeks an experienced consultant to serve as its representative and advocate throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that project objectives are achieved on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements. WRTA anticipates utilizing federal funding for certain projects; therefore, the selected firm must demonstrate knowledge of Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirements, grant compliance standards, and industry best practices for public sector capital projects.
