Description

The City of Cleveland (“the City”) is seeking qualified firms (“the Consultant”) to provide professional community engagement, strategic communications, and public information consulting services to support implementation of the Cleveland Parks & Recreation Plan (“the Master Plan”). The selected Proposer will work with the City to design and execute a community engagement process and produce public-facing communications materials that explain and support implementation of the Parks Plan level of service standards recommendations. The project development will be administered by the Mayor’s Office of Capital Projects (MOCAP), in coordination with the Department of Parks & Recreation. MOCAP is responsible for administering the City’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for all City-owned facilities, outdoor spaces, and infrastructure through its three divisions: Division of Architecture & Site Development, Division of Engineering & Construction, and Division of Real Estate. The mission statement for MOCAP is: To provide for the planning, designing, construction, and preservation of the City of Cleveland's facilities and infrastructure through collaborative and comprehensive planning, leadership in management, excellence in sustainable design and technical expertise, and quality construction based on integrity and professionalism.
