The maintenance and service is to be completed by a certified technician for the units according to the manufactures suggested maintenance for the optimum quality and performance of the equipment. A confirmation call to the customer shall be made within 30 minutes of the initial request. Technician shall be on-site if necessary, within 4 hours of the initial request. All shipping and handling shall be included in total bid amount.
