Description
The City of Columbus, Department of Technology, on behalf of City Attorney’s Office, seeks maintenance and support services for ActivePDF/DocConverter Production. Only authorized dealers/resellers/VARS are eligible for award. Bidders may be required to submit proof of partner relationship with the product manufacturer prior to bid award. ActivePDF/DocConverter Production maintenance and support is for use with the City Attorney’s Office case management system that leverages this software to create PDF document forms in the CMS. Product: ActivePDF/DocConverter Production Maintenance & Support, Product Code: DOCC-XAMN-X, 12 Months, Quantity 1 Term Period shall be 11/22/2026 through 11/21/2027 and not subject to automatic renewal. City Standard Technology Service Agreement (template attached) will be executed with winning bidder.
