OCONUS Medical Q-Coded Services

The purpose of this amendment is to correct and re-insert the Physician HCW in Technical Exhibit 5-IDIQ #1-HCW Standard Qualifications-DPC. The Physician HCW was erroneously removed from Technical Exhibit 5 IDIQ #1, dated 28 May 2026 under Amendment 0004. (See the updated Technical Exhibit 5-IDIQ #1, dated 29 June 2026). In addition to removing the reference to PWS Section 2.1.51 from the Combined Synopsis Solicitation.
