RFP Marketing and/or Advertising Company for SPD

The City of Syracuse Police Department (SPD) invites marketing and advertising agencies with prior experience working with government, public safety, or similar organizations to submit proposals for professional services that will support the Department’s recruitment initiatives. The selected agency will develop and execute creative strategies that enhance the Department’s visibility and support recruiting efforts for sworn staff.
