RFP Independent Compliance Services for JSCB Phase 3

The City of Syracuse and the Syracuse City School District, acting through the Joint Schools Construction Board (JSCB), invite qualified professional consulting firms to submit proposals to provide Independent Compliance Officer (ICO) services for Phase 3 of the Syracuse Schools Construction Program. The selected consultant will provide program-wide Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), City residency, workforce development, certified payroll, utilization plan, reporting and related compliance services in accordance with the Phase 3 Development and Diversification Plan for Workforce and Business and the requirements of this RFP.
