RFP Citywide Real Property Reassessment

The City of Syracuse is seeking a contractor to partner with the City to complete a project to prepare for a possible reassessment for the Final Roll date of March 31, 2028. All proposals must be submitted in compliance with instructions contained herein. Full proposals, with a restating of the RFP sections and specifications, are not acceptable. These specifications are considered the minimum standards for this project. The only acceptable deviations from the specifications are responses in excess of those specified and must be explained in detail in the proposal. No substantive changes will be allowed after the submission of the proposals. Interviews will be held for companies that submit proposals at the discretion of the municipality to provide clarification and explanation as needed. Therefore, companies are encouraged to have their prospective project directors actively participate in this process.
