Intent to Sole Source - Corrosion Control Installation

This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. Intent to sole source award to VES for the installation of corrosion control equipment. See attached J&A. The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price System for Award Management ( SAM) contract for the installation of corrosion control equipment currently on installation. The total estimated value is under the SAT.
