Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Davis Barracks Chiller Plant Control System Integration, U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all software engineering, programming, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to migrate the existing Davis Chiller Plant Building Automation System (BAS) from its current proprietary, compiled-code architecture to a fully native, open, and editable Niagara 4 (N4) format. This work includes the full integration of new plant equipment (Chiller-7, Cooling Tower-7, Primary Chilled Water Pumps CHWP-6/7, Condenser Water Pumps CWP-6/7, Heat Trace and Secondary Chilled Water Pumps SCHWP-3/4) to create a single, cohesive, and maintainable 7-chiller plant control system. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. For additional information on construction contracts awarded to small businesses please visit: Partnering With Us (army.mil). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
