Davis Barracks Chiller Plant Control System Integration, U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Davis Barracks Chiller Plant Control System Integration, U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all software engineering, programming, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to migrate the existing Davis Chiller Plant Building Automation System (BAS) from its current proprietary, compiled-code architecture to a fully native, open, and editable Niagara 4 (N4) format. This work includes the full integration of new plant equipment (Chiller-7, Cooling Tower-7, Primary Chilled Water Pumps CHWP-6/7, Condenser Water Pumps CWP-6/7, Heat Trace and Secondary Chilled Water Pumps SCHWP-3/4) to create a single, cohesive, and maintainable 7-chiller plant control system.
