Robert “Bob” Price Recreation Center Storage Expansion

Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids. Questions regarding this bid must be directed to the Bid Contact listed in this bid. The work consists of the construction of approximately 650 sf of storage expansion to room 130 to accommodate Recreation Center needs. Storage expansion to match existing building ’s CMU including color and metal materials and connect to the existing fire sprinkler and lighting control systems. The two existing storage containers will be relocated onto a concrete pad.
