Neighborhood Sidewalk Grinding Service Contract

This is annual on-call Clark County Prevailing Wage Project, with possible one (1) year extensions, not to exceed a total of three (3) extensions. The work is an on-call basis for grinding of concrete and asphalt sidewalks and walk paths. This project covers various locations within the City of North Las Vegas. Completion of the work at each specific site location shall include resolution of all punch list items and final cleanup. The overall budget for these on-call services is anticipated to be $500,000.
