Lorenzi Tennis Court Expansion

The City of Las Vegas (Owner) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids for Lorenzi Tennis Court Expansion to include removal of existing modular trailer to build a new tennis facility with the addition of three (3) new tennis courts, shading and seating, and electrical equipment relocation. This project is Federally Funded by Southern Nevada Public Lands Management Act (SNPLMA) Funds. Federal requirements will apply. Project Location: 3343 W. Washington Ave, 89107.
