LAS VEGAS BOULEVARD FLAMINGO PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE ELEVATOR REHABILITATION AND ESCALATOR REPLACEMENT

Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids. Questions regarding this bid must be directed to the Bid Contact listed in this bid. The contractor shall refurbish and repair the four existing pedestrian bridges at the Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road intersection including the following work: -Replacing the twelve (12) existing escalators with new high-efficiency, heavy-duty transit-grade escalators and associated structural, mechanical, and electrical components, including extending the existing reinforced concrete escalator pits. -Repairing and modernizing six (6) existing hydraulic elevators, including replacement of hydraulic jacks. -Replacing and fixing elevator roofing. -Upgrading mechanical, electrical, and maintenance rooms with new HVAC equipment, lighting, plumbing fixtures, new cold formed metal framed roof, roofing repairs and waterproofing underneath escalators and stairs. -Existing mechanical and electrical room sizes will be enlarged. New doors and door hardware will be installed. -Modifying existing stairs with new LED lighted handrails, tactile warning panels, and concrete stair repairs. -Installing sand-oil separators, manholes, new sump pumps, sump pump piping, including pavement and sidewalk patching. -Removing and restoring landscaping and irrigation. -Installing trench drains in front of elevators. -Removing and replacing curb & gutter and sidewalk.
