Job Order Contracting Services

A Job Order Contract is an indefinite quantity construction contract pursuant to which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual Projects at different locations and facilities under the jurisdiction of the City. Job Order Contracting is typically used for small to medium sized repair and rehabilitation work, replacement in kind projects, and new construction. The Work will be set forth in the Detailed Scope of Work for individual Job Orders. The City expects the Contractor to perform the Detailed Scope of Work for each Job Order, which may include, without limitation, the renovation or repair of buildings, utilities, parks, and playgrounds. The Contractor is required to complete each Detailed Scope of Work for the Job Order Price within the Job Order Completion Time. The Contractor will be required to perform Work at any site or facility under the jurisdiction of the City.
