INVESTMENT CONSULTANT SERVICES

The City of North Las Vegas Deferred Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) is seeking an investment consultant firm (the “Investment Consultant”) who will act as a fiduciary with regard to the City of North Las Vegas’s (the “City”) 457(b) deferred compensation plans (the “457(b) Plans”) and the City’s 401(a) defined contribution plans (the “401(a) Plans”; collectively, the 457(b) Plans and the 401(a) Plans will be referred to as the “Plans”).
