FIXED ROUTE TRANSIT FLEET TURN-OVER INSPECTION SERVICES

In accordance with the attached terms, conditions, and specifications, it is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders for fleet turnover inspection services of revenue vehicles in the RTC fleet prior to a new contract assuming the operations of Fixed Route Transit Services. The RTC intends to perform a fleet audit on Fixed Route vehicles beginning in November 2026 for a new Operations Contract scheduled to begin in April of 2027. The contractor selected for the set turnover inspections will conduct a fleet maintenance audit, including vehicle maintenance records for the total fleet assigned to the current operations contractor(s) transitioning out of contract with the RTC. The bulk of these inspections will be performed at RTC Maintenance Facilities located at the Sunset Maintenance Facility (SMF) at 5165 W Sunset Road, Las Vegas, NV 89118, and the Integrated Bus Maintenance Facility (IBMF) at 2751 Simmons Ave., North Las Vegas, NV 89032.
