BMI Pool and Building Demolition

This project consists of the demolition of the BMI Pool and Pool Building located at 105 West Basic Road in Henderson, Nevada. The work will include but not be limited to the complete removal of all materials associated with the existing pool area and pool building. Including removal and hauling off of all materials and rough grading in accordance with the Contract Documents. The work also includes Contractor coordination with all existing utilities, both dry and wet, associated with the demolition of the existing structures. The Contractor will be solely responsible for the safe removal and or relocation of all existing utilities. Engineer's Estimate: $300,000.00
