BLUE DIAMOND WASH RAILROAD CHANNEL

Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids. Questions regarding this bid must be directed to the Bid Contact listed in this bid. The work to be performed under this Contract is for the construction of the Blue Diamond Wash Railroad Channel and related appurtenances located in Clark County, Nevada, south of Blue Diamond Road between Rainbow Boulevard and Buffalo Road, and along the south side of the Union Pacific Railroad Gypsum Spur. The improvements will generally consist of, but not be limited to, site clearing, removal and disposal of structures and obstructions, excavation and embankment to proposed grade elevations, aggregate access road, concrete-lined channel, reinforced concrete box, reinforced concrete pipe, reinforced concrete transition structures, manholes, inlets, roadway improvements at Meranto Street and Tenaya Way, gravel mulch, utility relocations, fencing and gates, and appurtenances and other improvements as specified and as shown on the Drawings. The improvements will also include roadway improvements to Blue Diamond Road between Montessouri Street and Buffalo Drive, which includes, excavation, cold planing, plantmix bituminous surface, open grade surface, curb and gutter, sidewalk, sidewalk drains, sidewalk ramps, median reconstruction, street lights, utility adjustments, storm sewer facilities, pavement markings, signing, and other related items of work as specified and shown on the Drawings.
