Southern Nevada Water Authority invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following Work, see Contract Documents for full details. The Site of the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: water treatment facilities, pumping stations, rate-of-flow control stations, transmission piping systems and their appurtenances, valve and vault sites, process and non-process related buildings, structures and facilities, and other miscellaneous civil structures owned and operated by the Owner. Owner facilities are located throughout Clark County, including the city of Las Vegas, the city of North Las Vegas, the city of Henderson, Boulder City, the city of Laughlin, Nellis Air Force Base, public lands controlled by the Bureau Of Land Management and the Lake Mead National Recreational Area. The Work consists of scheduled and unscheduled, miscellaneous repairs and maintenance of protective coating systems painted on various civil works and mechanical installations. Services include labor, construction materials, tools, equipment and inspection/testing services. Engineer’s Estimate is: $500,000.00
