The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed- Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with TRX Systems, LLC (CAGE code: 41JP2) of Greenbelt, MD.
