DESCRIPTION: In accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 7.107-3, Notification of Consolidation of Contract Requirements, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Albuquerque District (SPA) is publishing this Special Notice to advise industry of the approved Consolidation Determination and Findings. USACE Senior Leadership has formally determined that consolidating these requirements is both necessary and justified. This acquisition will establish an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Civil Works Planning Studies and Associated Design Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services within the SPA area of operations. The MATOC will have a total estimated capacity of $49,900,000.00, consisting of one (1) year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. JUSTIFICATION FOR CONSOLIDATION: Through comprehensive market research, the government has concluded that consolidating these requirements provides the best value to the Government.
