Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition - ATC SME FTE

In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.301, this notice services as publication of the approved Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition. The Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) has awarded a sole-source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) (as implemented by RFO 6.103-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements") to Threat Tec, LLC. This J&A supports the acquisition of highly specialized Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) training support services to meet the unique operational requirements of MARSOC. A copy of the redacted, approved J&A is attached to this posting in accordance with RFO 6.301.
