Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition - ATC Episodic Support

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul 6.301, this notice services as publication of the approved Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition. The Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) has awarded a new sole-source Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) (as implemented by RFO 6.103-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements") to Threat Tec, LLC. This IDIQ contract establishes a vehicle for MARSOC to procure event-driven, episodic training support, including subject matter experts and role players, on an as-needed basis via future task orders. This action is a companion to the definitive contract for full-time personnel and is required to prevent a gap in mission-essential training. A copy of the redacted, approved J&A is attached to this posting in accordance with FAR 6.301.
