Visitors Guide Distribution Services

The City of Santa Fe (“City”) is seeking bids from qualified and experienced vendors to provide distribution and fulfillment services for the City’s annual Santa Fe Visitors Guide . The selected vendor will receive, securely store, inventory, and distribute approximately 100,000 copies of the Visitors Guide to specified and targeted visitor-information locations throughout New Mexico and surrounding states. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that the Visitors Guide is consistently available to prospective visitors and travelers at high-traffic visitor information centers, hotels, attractions, chambers of commerce, welcome centers, businesses, and other locations with brochure racks or comparable visitor-information displays.
