State Lobbyist Services for the City of Gallup

The City of Gallup, New Mexico is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms or individuals to provide professional state legislative lobbying, government relations, and advocacy services. The selected Offeror will serve as the City's primary representative before the New Mexico Legislature, Executive Branch, and state agencies, advocating for the City's legislative priorities, pursuing state funding opportunities, including Capital Outlay appropriations, monitoring and influencing legislation that may affect municipal operations, and fostering productive relationships with state officials and policymakers. The City's objective is to secure experienced representation that will effectively advance its strategic initiatives, protect its interests, strengthen state partnerships, and obtain funding and legislative support for projects and programs that benefit the Gallup community.
