A: 36C26226Q0763 is the proper RFQ number. 36C26223Q0371 is an error and is the incorrect number unrelated to this RFQ. Q: Will the Government consider a quote from a subcontractor as the SDVOSB prime contractor while properly disclosing the subcontracting structure, performance roles, and compliance with VA limitations on subcontracting? A: Yes. Q: Is this a new contract? If not, who is the incumbent performing these services? A: Yes, this is a new requirement. Services were previously performed in-house.
