Amusement Provider - 2027 Lea County Fair and Rodeo

The Lea County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide all supervision, labor, services, equipment, hardware, software, materials, and any assistance needed to provide amusement rides and chance booths for the annual Lea County Fair and Rodeo. Contract will be in effect for the 2027 Fair and Rodeo and will be a four (4) year term. Lea County Fair and Rodeo fair dates are as follows: July 30 - August 7, 2027 July 28 - August 5, 2028 August 3 - August 11, 2029 August 2 - August 10, 2030
