Purpose of Proposal: The intent of this quotation is to solicit competitive quotations for the annual maintenance contract for the system wide Passaic School District’s existing Automated Logic Controls Direct Digital Controls system. The existing system provides the Direct Digital Control (DDC), Energy Management and Building Automation System (BAS) maintenance for the air conditioning, heating and ventilating systems on various schools throughout the district.
