Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) Program & Records Management System (RMS)

NBTPD is seeking proposals from qualified vendors capable of providing a commercially available, cloud-native Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that includes both a Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management System (RMS), purpose-built for law enforcement and public safety organizations, to address these challenges and support the department's mission going forward. The proposed platform must be hosted within a government-compliant cloud environment and delivered as a fully managed subscription service, eliminating the need for on-premise infrastructure and reducing the IT burden on department staff. The Township will award this contract through the Competitive Contracting Process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 5:34-4.1 et seq.
