Adams Lane Tank Rehabilitation

This project generally consists of the rehabilitation and repainting of a 5.0 MG welded steel standpipe potable water storage tank including replacement of interior and exterior tank coatings, improvements to existing tank accessories, and all other associated work as contained in the Contract Documents or as ordered by the Engineer. This contract or subcontract is expected to be funded in part with funds from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust. Neither the State of New Jersey, the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust nor any of their departments, agencies or employees is, or will be, a party to this contract or subcontract or any lower tier contract or subcontract. This contract or subcontract is subject to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 7:22-3, 4, 5 and 10. Project sponsors are required to make the following good faith efforts to engage disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs) in New Jersey Water Bank projects whenever procuring construction, equipment, services, and supplies under an EPA financial assistance agreement 40 CFR Part 33 Subpart C.
