Lebanon Solid Waste Facility - Phase IIIA Excavation and Site Preparation

The project consists fo excavating overburden soil material in the future Phase IIIA area, stockpiling the excavated soil, and constructing a perimeter access road. Work associated with the project includes earthwork, stormwater management, perimeter access road construction and installing and maintaining construction erosion and sedimentation control measures.
