C-sUAS 4925 RFFE Retrofit

This is to notify all vendors the 4925 RF Front End Retrofit will be purchased through Black River Systems. See Sole Source justification below and attached. Quotes are not being requested at this time. This item needs to be purchased specifically from Black River Systems Company Per NGB A4S Memo dated 7 June 2024. Ninja is currently the USAF and ANG's Program of record for C-sUAS capability. This updated RFFE is required for the NINJA system with the legacy RFFE model being outdated due to supply chain issues (which affects our warranty/maintenance contract) and reduced engagement capability compared to the new model. Black River Systems is the only company that manufacturers this device for the NINJA system. 4925 RFFE needs to be purchased specifically from Black River Systems Company Per NGB A4S Memo dated 7 June 2024.
