Sole Source - NY Gun Range Training Facility

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) issued a sole source award to Town of Islip for use of a gun range facility to conduct quarterly firearms training and qualification courses for officers in the NYC region. A redacted sole source justification is provided in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 6.301.
