This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Small Arms Firing Range (SAFR) cleaning and maintenance services at Cannon AFB, NM. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to delete Attachment 1 - SAFR Cleaning and Maintenance PWS (17Sept2026) (word version) and upload Attachment 1 - SAFR Cleaning and Maintenance PWS (17Sept2026) (PDF version) in its place to resolve opening/viewing issues. Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to update the deadline for providing visitor access information under Section 2, Requirements and Performance, from 09/28/2026 to 09/30/2026. This amendment also adds more detailed pricing information under Section 4, Evaluation.
