Description
*Amendment 0002 is to (1) dissolve the small business set aside and (2) extend the quote due date to 8/21/2026 10:00AM. Attachment 1 has been revised to reflect these changes, both are provided in the attachments. A signed copy of the amendments shall be provided with a quote submission. * Amendment 0001 is provided to answer questions to answers in response to the solicitation. Amendment 0001 is attached. The solicitation due date has NOT been extended. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12FPC426Q0054 is issued for a short term office rental for the USDA Farm Service Agency located in Valencia County, NM. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 531120. The small business size standard is 34M. This acquisition is firm fixed price.
