This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 7571PS26Q00079i s issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Reverse Distribution Services for Expired Pharmaceuticals, Albuquerque Service Unit (ASU). This acquisition is set-aside for Small Businesses. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. (iv) Reverse Distribution Services for Expired Pharmaceuticals services to be provided for the following Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) facilities: Albuquerque Indian Health Center 801 Vassar Drive NE Albuquerque, NM 87106 Santa Ana Health Center Santa Ana Pueblo O2-C Dove Road Bernalillo, NM 87004 Zia Health and Dental Clinic 155 Capitol Square Drive Zia Pueblo, NM 87053 (v) See attached RFQ for a list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition.
