Description

The 49th Contracting Squadron on Holloman AFB, New Mexico has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, to a large business: Motorola Solutions, UEI MSJ4JJEFNDE6. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 513210, with a small business size standard of $47.0 Million. This purchase order will be to purchase Motorola Solutions Radio Management Licenses for use at the 49th Communications Squadron. Market research has concluded that Motorola Solutions is the only vendor able to meet specifications for this requirement. The anticipated award date is 19 August 2026. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of RFO 6.103-1(b), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, a bid, proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 19 August at 10:00 AM MDT.
