Indian Health Service - Cisco Network Equipment and Software Maintenance

IHS requires a maintenance contract to provide hardware and software support for the Cisco network equipment used on the network. The maintenance contract will provide IHS with: Access to Cisco’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC) for technical support. Next business day replacement for defective hardware devices. Software updates for both major and minor software releases. Software Application Support Service with Upgrades (SASU) for relevant products. Software subscription renewals for relevant products. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) vendors ONLY. Responses from other than ISBEE vendors will be deemed unresponsive, and will not be evaluated for award. See RFQ attached for information pertaining to quote submission instructions, evaluation, award information, and terms and conditions. Added current software expiration dates to version 3 of the Equipment List. The Software Tab requests Software Subscription Linces for the 4 Cisco FPR1120 firewalls and 4 FPR2120 firewalls. These firewalls also require hardware maintenance, and their serial numbers are in the Hardware tab and pasted below. For these firewall models, we need the “Threat Defense Threat and Malware License” license subscription. Cisco sell 1 year license subscriptions for these capabilities. The service duration is for 12 months.
