Complete the Section 1.2 price schedule, Section 5 short certifications, and Attachment C checklist. 3. Attach one concise evidence file confirming exact P/Ns, origin/TAA, standard Christie warranty periods, known geographic limitations (if any), and 30-day delivery. Append one-page proof of active SAM registration showing Active status, legal name, UEI/CAGE, and expiration, preferably in the same PDF; email to ankara-gso-procurement-dl@state.gov. No narrative technical proposal, management plan, client list, past performance, financial statement, insurance certificate, or full SAM printout is required.
