Amendment 0002 (8/12/2026): The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date to 18 August 2026 at 11:00 AM CDT due to outstanding questions from the industry still awaiting answers. Amendment 0001 (8/3/2026): The purpose of this amendment is to update the NAICS of this solicitation to 334511 to utilize the non-manufacturer rule class waiver for this NAICS. --- This is a combined presolicitation/solicitation for a commercial commodity in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.202(b)(1), as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to purchase a spectrum analyzer that meets or exceeds the salient characteristics outlined in the Statement of Need. Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 334515 - Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals QUESTIONS: All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent in writing to the Contracting Office by 6 August 2026, 11:00 AM. Answers to all questions will be posted via amendment to www.sam.gov as soon as readily available. QUOTES: All offers must be submitted to the Contracting Office by 12 August 2026, 11:00 AM CDT.
