Spectrum Analyzer

Amendment 00001 Purpose of this Amendment is to include all questions submitted and answered. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT Solicitation number FA4600-26-Q-0122 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a spectrum analyzer that meet or exceeds the salient characteristics outlined in the Statement of Need. NONMANUFACTURER RULE The Contract Activity is currently pursuing a Nonmanufacturer Rule waiver through the Small Business Administration for this acquisition as there is currently not a class waiver for the specified NAICS. UPDATE: A Non-Manufacturer Rule waiver was approved for this acquisition by the Small Business Administration on 11 September 2026. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent in writing to the Contracting Office by 11 September 2026, 11:00 AM. Answers to all questions will be posted via amendment to www.sam.gov as soon as readily available. OFFER DUE DATE/TIME All offers must be submitted to the Contracting Office by 18 September 2026, 11:00 AM CDT. Offerors are responsible for verifying reception.
