Project Title: Replace Chiller 2, B500 Description: This requirement consists of removing the existing chiller located in the basement level of B500 and installing a brand-new, fully operational replacement unit, including all associated connection piping, controls, and incidental work IAW attached Drawings and Specifications. Project Location: Offutt AFB, NE **ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY. SUBMIT VIA EMAIL AS DETAILED IN ATTACHMENT 01 - BID SUBMISSION AND OPENING INFORMATION. FAX AND HARDCOPY BIDS WILL BE REJECTED** 1. SITE VISIT: 20 August 2026, 9:00 AM CST at bldg 500, Offutt AFB, NE. Interested offerors that currently don't have base access must submit the completed Attachment 02 - 55 SFS Contractor/Vendor NCIC Screening Pass Request spreadsheet to SrA Matthias Wilson at matthias.wilson.1@us.af.mil by 17 August 2026 2:00 PM CST. 2. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer no later than 27 August 2026, 10:00 AM CST. An amendment addressing these questions will be issued subsequently. Bid opening (announcement of bids) will be conducted via teleconference the business day following the bid submission deadline.
