Police Center RFP

The City of North Platte, Nebraska ("the City") invites qualified architectural and engineering firms or teams to submit Proposals for professional design services for a new North Platte Police Headquarters facility (the "Police Center"). The City is soliciting proposals under a Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process consistent with Brooks Act principles and applicable Nebraska statutes governing procurement of professional design services. The City completed a Public Safety Center Space Needs Assessment and Site Feasibility Study in October 2024, conducted by Davis Design, Inc., Redstone Architects, CGID, and TC Engineering (the "Feasibility Study"). That study evaluated a combined police and fire facility totaling approximately 78,205 SF. The current procurement is scoped to the police headquarters component only, at approximately 32,000 SF, and does not include fire department facilities. All respondents are subject to the instructions attached and are cautioned to review this document in its entirety. The final selection of the design firm shall be at the discretion of the City of North Platte City Council.
