This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written so­licitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12441926Q0032 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Irrigation Improvement. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237110 The small business size standard is $45 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. This project is at the Bessey Recreation Area, Bessey is located west of the town of Halsey, Nebraska. Address – 40637 River Loop, Halsey, Nebraska 69142 Bessey coordinates: 41° 54' 02.64"N, 100° 17' 54.43"W Driving Directions can be obtained by calling Bessey at 308-432-0324. For additional information, Offeror's should review the solicitation and attachments in their entirety. There will be one (1) site visit on 25 June 2026 at 1100 CDT. The location 40637 River Loop, Halsey, Nebraska 69142. The POC is Thomas Emerson. In order to facilitate conference preparations, contractors must RSVP with the number of attendees no later than 72 hours prior to the start of the site visit.
