Description
The subject building has an undersized, and improperly designed recirculating hot water system, resulting in excessive delay in hot water supply to relevant fixtures. The building was constructed in approximately 1998, and consists of a basement and 3 floors. The water heater and recirc pump are located in the basement, with all recirculating hot water piping in this project running through all floors.
