NDNG - UTES - Portable diesel-fired heater - UPDATED

The Unit Training and Equipment Site (UTES) has a requirement for a portable diesel-fired heater for warming engines during cold winter months. Please see attached product description for requirements. In addition, this will be awarded on a Best Value Trade off requirement set forth in the RFQ and Combined Synopsis Solicitation.
