Western Piedmont Community College located at 1001 Burkemont Ave, Morganton NC has a building, the C Building, which was built in 1964 that requires the roof to be replaced as it has reached its useful life. This request for proposal will include removal of the current roof, inspection of existing membrane, and installation of replacement roof.
