This Request for Proposals (RFP) process is intended to identify multiple vendors to contract with for vegetation control and replanting, and/or natural resources management service delivery with the City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department (PRCR). The RFP is intended to solicit proposals for their inclusion on a pre-approved list of vendors that, once under contract, will be able to respond to various project scopes of work. The services will incorporate elements of one or more of the project categories listed below, which include a variety of land management practices such as invasive plant removal/control (both terrestrial and aquatic), planting/seeding of selected native plant materials, and/or ecological surveys/monitoring.
